NDT Testing

All products manufactured by us are subjected to leak detection tests using compressed air.
All products are checked for dimensional accuracy and pressure tested.
Test certificates for pressure tests carried out will be provided.
Tests stipulated under BS 6501: Part 1:1991 / ISO 10380:2012 are conducted periodically.
Raw material test certificates indicating physical and chemical properties will be furnished on request.
Radiography and D.P. test certificates will be carried out against specific customer requirements.
Products can be supplied under any third-party inspection, as required.
Design validation through Type tests- Fatigue test, Burst test, Bending test.
